Interview with two industrial engineers. They asked lots of personal questions as well as behavioral questions. Wanted to know systems I am familiar with and how I react in a team environment. Asked a lot of questions about conflict management. Only a few technical questions such as what tools would you use in this type of project. Want to make sure you would be willing to move to Flagstaff, AZ
