Interviewers asked basic questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Strengths, weaknesses, conflicts and why you chose your major. Had two interviewers asking me questions. They were nice and very helpful in describing the company culture and day-to-day life.

Met Recruiter at the career fair. Had an on-campus interview. Then a month or two later I went to their office in Flagstaff, AZ to have another on-site interview. There were several rounds of interviews. Each interview had 2 employees.
