I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WDS (Poole, England) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied through their website, got a call few days later asking to arrange a phone interview.
The interviewer asked me about my previous experience, and some stuff unrelated to the positon itself. I then had an in-house interview where I was asked what are my goals, what am I good at and a very simple technical question. As it was a position for a foreign language support, I had to write a small description in English and the language I was applying for.
