WM Regional Human Resources Manager interview questions

I submitted my resume online and heard back from the recruiter right away. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and she tried to find out about our current processes at my company and wanted ideas more than anything. She seemed interested and said I would hear back quickly on the next steps. I heard back about a month later via an email saying that they hired someone else. The overall interview experience was more self serving to the hiring manager to find out from candidates what their company's processes are and to get ideas from to use at WM.
