WM Truck Driver interview questions

I was given a phone interview, if was from a Recruiter in a different state. I was asked about safety and about 5 questions starting with tell me about a time when... I was told I pass and was given a date for a face to face interview with manager at the site. After 5 days I went to the interview, I thought I did well. I asked how many positions were there, he said one, but he was interviewing 15 people. He said I would hear from him in 3 weeks, 5 weeks later and still no call.
