I was in contact with an agent after working with him for a show at my university and afterwards I asked about openings there. He then referred me to HR and I was contacted within the next day or two.
I had an interview with the head or a lead of music central. It was a really rushed interview and many judging eyes as you walk in. I felt as if they didn't give me the time of day or the interviewer was having an off day because he was just not into the interview.
Afterwards your application is always rolling as they hire on availability of positions, or that's what they told me. I still haven't heard back yet.

Long interview with LA based director of PA operations, read list of pre-prepared questions. And was very blunt when not interested in your answer. If you say you can speak a language, a person that speaks said language will be brought in to test you.
