They ask you what you know about them then they go into detail and describe the company and job title then ask you behavioral situation questions. They then have you go into a small room with a phone and give you a situation on paper and 5 minutes to prepare, they call you and see how you handle it.

You have two moderators in a zoom call. Either one asks all questions and one takes notes or they alternate. Lots of periods of silence whole they write down your answers. Don't try to fill the silence is my suggestion as they will have to write that down too.

Very easy, as long as you tell them what they want to hear you cant fail. They want to no that you can show sympathy for the patients, keep information private and do your job fast.
