Two zoom interviews back to back. Each interview had three people on it. The people in the second interview had never worked for Walmart before or done Walmart interviews. They did not seem to understand the company’s values. The position has been open for months but they do not seem to want to have the person do what they interview for.

Not too bad really. Pretty straightforward and quite corporate with standard questions. Really nothing out of the ordinary that would be considered crazy and too difficult. Overall enjoyed the process
