Question 1
Give an Example you've went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walmart (Kingston, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview was broken into multiple parts. Mine were both done on the same day although they sometimes split them to separate days. The interview consisted of basic questions and talking to two different people. The HR and then one of the managers who did the second part of the interview. They give you your sheets for a background check and a drug test which has to be done in 24 hours! If you don't get it done you have to wait a whole year!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
Brief, standard questions, easy. I was referred by a friend. The interview happened in the late 90's so the process has changed now. I basically walked in, filled out a form, came back another day for the interview and was hired on the spot.
