Got an email a month after I applied about setting up a meeting with the recruiter and talked to him about why I would want to work at Disney. He asked me why I was interested and what I could bring to the table.
There were a few phone interviews but the recruiters and HR team were all very responsive and friendly to me, overall it was a good experience going through it not too difficult
