Got an email a month after I applied about setting up a meeting with the recruiter and talked to him about why I would want to work at Disney. He asked me why I was interested and what I could bring to the table.
The interview process was simple. After I applied I received a phone interview and then a virtual interview. The virtual interview was with two professionals and was mainly behavioral. I would recommend preparing by brainstorming how you've problem solved, demonstrated creativity, and by doing some basic company research.
