Interview
I applied through the WMG website and sent in my resume and a cover letter. A week later I was contacted by an HR intern for a 5-minute phone screening, where she asked me basic questions about myself, why Warner Music, and what my favorite music was. I didn't hear anything for a few months and then closer to summer an Assistant at Atlantic Records contacted me for a phone interview. The interview was mostly behavioral, and a week later was extended an offer!
