Interview
One phone interview followed by two in person interviews, one with HR and the other with hiring manager. The first interview had a few people interview me as a panel. Overall, it was a good experience, they were nice and gave a great idea of what the company culture was like. They were not intimidating but asked the right questions to get a better sense of what they were looking for and if I fit that criteria.
No pre-screener... submitted my application and 2 months later got an email from the hiring manager to schedule an interview. Two weeks later I was hired, less than a month before the role started.
