Recruiter was extremely aggressive. Asked tons of questions about what I was making at one of their competitors but said Warner doesn't pay as much and really down played Warner's ability to offer a competitive salary. They also ghost and don't get back to candidates which is poor taste given the fact that they are interviewing candidates from other music industry companies and you'd think they'd want to keep good relationships with their candidates since the biz is so small.
