Interview
Started with a phone interview, after being recommended. Then a catch up at their offices with a Marketing Manager and Marketing Excec.
Phone interview was straight forward and the interview at WB was fine. Didn't feel much of a connection with the interviewer and decided not to continue the process.

Interview
Had two interviews the first round, then met with the president of the label the second round as well as the other two people again. The first round was more informative and structured; the second interview was more of a meet and greet which made me think that I got the job. Unfortunately it seemed like the president already had someone in mind. It was a very positive experience getting to actually sit down with a label president and ask him questions, though.
