I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Music Group (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
I did a series of three phone interviews. The first interview was with my current boss, was pretty general, and lasted about 30 minutes. The second interview was two weeks later with my boss' boss, was more in detail and experience-oriented, and lasted about 25-30 minutes. The third interview was two more weeks later and was not so much of an interview, but more of a conversation with my region's label services rep. I answered a few questions, but the majority of it was him explaining exactly what the expectations of the job and making sure that I was up for the challenging demands of it all. I received my job offer over the phone an hour after my last interview.
