Applied tot he role via a recruiter. The first stage interview was a standard structure, going through the role and experience followed by competency questions. The interviewers were enthusiastic about their roles and the company itself.

Applied through Indeed and was contacted by a recruiter for an over the phone interview.
Beyond this initial telephone screen there were 5 interviews with individuals at progressively senior levels in the organization
Interview style was less structured than most organizations. While this reduced the stress of a formal interview, it was still somewhat challenging.
An offer was made 3 weeks after the initial contact with the recruiter
