5 step process: Step 1: Send your application via the website Step 2: If successful in the first round you'll be asked to do a task, which in this case was a presentation Step 3: The next step is a short phone interview Step 4: If successful in step 3, you're then invited to their London offices for an in-person group interview where you have to complete tasks in groups. Step 5: On the same day as the group tasks the team will whittle you down to 3/4 candidates per available position. The remaining few candidates with have a 1-2-1 interview with a member of the Warner management team. The successful applicant is then notified via phone call a few days later.
