Relatively short and straightforward interview however no courtesy to follow up with candidates unless candidates manually ask. Very unprofessional and kind of rude to ghost after people took the time out (just like recruiters) to interview etc. Understand there are a hundreds of applicants but there aren’t hundreds of interviews so at the very least they should let clients know. Also very dependent on nepotism .. won’t be reapplying here
