Interview
The interview process was a lot more casual than I expected and personally enjoyed talking to an industry specialist and sharing my career journey with them. It was around 30minutes and they asked me to expand on my resume and share the details of my past experiences (internships, projects, etc) and left some time for my questions for them.

Question 1
Can you tell me more about your most recent internship and what your role was in the team?
Applied online after spending hours writing up answers to their open ended essay questions. Received an automatic email the same day in the middle of the night stating they would look t my resume. Woke up to two emails sent later the middle of the night rejecting my application with no further information. Their automated hiring system is terrible and they need to use real people to look over resumes and not computers. Otherwise your better off using ChatGPT to make your resume. Not interested in working here and won't be applying again as they don't seem to want real people with real experience.
