Received an email to with Calendly link to set-up interview with recruiter. Overall the interview process was straight forward with a mix of describing the company, the position and team, salary/benefits and my experience. There was time set aside for questions at the end.
Great and fair interview process with valuable information about the role on request. Interviews were scheduled easily and were conducted in a professional manor throughout. Communication across the board was clear and consistent allowing a comfortable progression through the process.

Question 1
In what instances have you used specific applications and process on-the-job?
This company list jobs on their job board that they leave up for 8-9 months before closing out. I don't think they even contact people, just pull resumes. Misleading and time consuming.
