I interviewed at Warner Music Group (Nashville, TN)
Interview
Two phone interviews and one in person interview. Very pleasant process. Very conversational and skills-based interview style. Spoke with talent accquisiton followed by hiring manager. All finalized within a month.
I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Music Group (New York, NY)
Interview
After speaking with a few people about the interview process at Warner, we realized they tend to lie on their job posts and list roles as full-time when they're actually temporary contract jobs or part-time. This job was listed as full-time on their website and job boards, and I only learned it was a temp job when I scheduled a second interview. To make matters worse, the second interviewer never connected and never responded to my email when I followed up. It's appalling that their recruiting team is unprofessional and wastes people's time.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Warner Music Group (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
I was contacted after applying for an executive assistant position. I received an email asking to set up a time to discuss the position further. The call itself was not conversational at all, and it was actually a phone screening in which the interviewer asked me questions and responded with no feedback or further information about the opportunity.
