Didn't even get an interview but the recruiter screening was very weird for me. The recruiter spoke very fast, read a bunch of stuff and asked experience / technical questions, which I thought was weird, shouldn't the hiring manager read my resume first? It's all there. Then I was asked a question like `which aforementioned technologies did you use` (which is also in my resume) and I must have missed it because English is not my first language and it was already hard to follow everything, politely asked what they are referring to. The recruiter answered but sounded very impatient. I said yes some of those I have had experience with, and asked if there was anything else. She refused to say, said `I'm not going to repeat myself 3 times`. I thought it was rude. In the end, I wasn't even given time for questions after she followed through her procedure to introduce the role and ask questions.
