I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wasserman in Jun 2011
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR. After a brief conversation about a week later I was told that the Hiring Manager would be contacting me for an in person interview which she did. Met with the Hiring Manager a week after that and sent thank you note. HM contacted me and asked me to come back to meet with 3 other people on 2 different occassions. I got the feeling that they are a little disorganized and it was unclear who the real decision maker was. I didn't hear back from HR or the HM and my gut feeling was this company wasn't a good fit anyway. The offices look nothing like a sports or entertainment agency. It was very sterile and cold.
2 rounds very nice people, second round case study which you should put a lot of effort towards. Super welcoming and willing to answer questions, didn’t really feel too formal
super straight forward and simple. The interviewers were nice and mainly focused on questions about your resume, what interests you about the company, and what you could contribute. No curveball questions

Question 1
What was something you saw in the media recently that interests you related to this position?
I thought it was easy, very generic behavioral questions. 1st round you talk about yourself and get to know more about the role. 2nd round is a case study which you get about a week to prepare for.
