Straightforward getting to know you call with recruiter and then agent. I appreciated their interview style. Very interested in me as a person, my interest in the career path, the company, and my background. No fluff or cookie cutter interview questions which I think says a lot about them as a company compared to interviews with other agencies like UTA.
Straight and to the point. very short process. quick offer turnaround; no negotiation for salary which was sad. the recruiter was nice and transparent from the start. it took about 2 weeks.
