Two rounds, one informational/basic questions and a case study, in this case regarding NIL and how it affects athletes and the market today. The first round focuses on your leadership style and how you've learned from mistakes.
One behavioral interview, one case study interview. The case is given to you a week in advance and then you spend 20 minutes presenting it, leaving the last 10 minutes for questions.
