Interview
By far the worst interview experience I have ever had in my life. Interviewer was late, rude, and left early. It was painfully clear that he did not want to be interviewing me and that he did not seem to care at all about how he was representing his company. Coming from a top 3 university with a great resume, a high GPA, and a competing offer on the table, I expected to be treated better than I was. Why would anybody ever choose to work for a company that treats them poorly as early as their interview? Wayfair should reevaluate their guidelines for interview behavior or they will continue to fail to attract top talent. Wayfair's stock is declining and clearly their standards for their interviewers are too, though I can't imagine they were very high to begin with .

Interview
2 interviews. First one over video chat with a straightforward business case. They asked a few behavioral questions before starting the case. Then the Super Day was in the office with 3 interviews. One of them behavioral, one of them a business case, and another more of a walk-through brainstorming session of a typical problem the position would need to address.
the first round is the video interview with a case.
the case is about the three delivery policies.
different numbers were told by the employers.
not easy and need to do some preparation
Zoom interview. Ask about delivery price change questions. There are three delivery methods, assemble, indoor and outdoor. What are the advantages and disadvantages of getting rid of the assemble method? Change the assemble price and calculate.
