Wayfair Senior Product Manager interview questions

Recruiter screening followed by Hiring Manager connect. Loop of 5 interviews with 2 case study and 3 behavioral rounds with each interview being for 45 minutes. Time taken was 2-4 weeks in total. Recruiter gave prep material on Wayfair values.

I went through the whole interview process with Wayfair for a Senior Product Manager position on the “Catalog” team. It was a 3-4 part interview process. I met with 9 people in total and then the director of the team for a Q&A once the interview process was completed. There was a recruiter screen which was about 30-minutes followed by the formal interview process. The process itself included a 45-minute call with the Hiring Manager, a 60-minute case interview and then a final round that consisted of 3 “behavioral interviews” and 1 additional case interview. The team as a whole was extremely engaging. The recruiter had a (shockingly) solid grasp of the team, what they do, and how it fits into the broader org. The interviewers were informative and people I genuinely would have liked to work with.
