Wayfair Senior Product Manager interview questions

I had a brief phone interview, then was brought in for in-person interview. Originally, they told me after phone screen that I wasn't being considered for the position I applied for but one lower and a significant decrease in salary. I told them wasn't interested and they came back to me the next day with the original position and increased salary. I should have known then to walk away. The Product Managers I meet with there seemed to think very highly of themselves and I was underwhelmed by their collective intelligence.

I applied for a role within the Operations Product Innovation team. Phone screen with recruiter, Skype interview with a hiring manager. According to the recruiter, the manager "loved me". I was asked on site (late Dec) and spent 4 hours talking with 4 different managers. 2 out of 4 were case study interviews, the other were behavioral. Again, recruiter said "they loved me". Holidays hit. I was told there might just be a 2nd round via Skype. Then after the holidays it became another on site interview for 6 HOURS, meeting 6 more people. (I think by that point I should have been on salary). The recruiter gave me the impression that this round was just to see which team in the department I'm the best fit for, (clearly setting my expectations way too high). Lo and behold, I'm no longer a candidate. Key points: My recruiter was very green - way too green to be working to fill senior roles. Wayfair is looking for unicorns in product management who will work for peanuts. They expect you to be a data scientist even though you're a product manager. They are big enough that that should be a separate resource.
