Interview
First call was with a recruiter just going through the job role and my own personal experience. The second interview was another discussion with a Network Engineer regarding the job role, my experience and some scenarios. I felt the interview went ok and like any interview nerves play a part so didnt answer all questions as clearly as i would have liked but felt the interviewer understood me. I know there are other candidates and its fair enough a company picks the best fit. However i think it was disappinting after an actual interview to then be sent a generic automated rejection email, it lacks class. I prepared for the interview, took a couple of hours out of my evening to be flexible and for all that for a automated email. They can do better than that. Its really disappointing to have no feedback. Maybe their staff should send them an automated email when they want to leave..
