Wayspring interview questions

I first completed a phone interview with the job poster, which was very positive and gave me a great vibe of the company. I was then scheduled to meet the manager and department head of the position I applied for. We had coffee and an informal interview. Then, I was brought in-house for a panel interview. This consisted of several different 15-45 min meetings with various members of the team. What a great concept!
