I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Webcreek
Interview
Applied online and was contacted to set-up an interview. The call was set for 30 mins hosted over Hangouts. The interviewer arrived and it sounded like she was calling from the company break room at happy hour, insane amount of background noise. This was only complicated by the interviewers thick accent. A few times I was asked questions that I already answered - not out of improperly answering them, but rather I think the interviewer was most likely checking down a list of questions - and not necessarily listening to answers. I also think there may have been a few language gap issues. The interviewer was very nice, polite and answered my questions; however, it was not a very smooth interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Webcreek (Lima, Lima Region) in Aug 2019
Interview
The process was quite agile, they contacted me and scheduled interviews complying with punctuality and being quite careful with their questions, they explained to me what the company does and also what they expected from the position
