The first step was a simple phone interview with HR. Typically 15-30 minutes asking various questions about the job functions and how they relate to your experience. then you will get a VTC call from a sales manager and this will be a more in-depth interview asking how your experience relates to the current position and reviewing your resume. then you will have a face-to-face interview that will be about 45 to an hour long with an onsite manager.
