I had my initial phone interview with the recruiter for the position. She informed me about the role and Weedmaps. She made it so I was even more excited about the role and the company (which I didn't think was possible since I was already really excited about both) Next was my Case Study interview where they tested my abilities, this gave me a glimpse into what the day to day would be like for this role. The person who did my Case Study virtual interview was full of so much energy and you could tell she really loved Weedmaps and the people who worked for Weedmaps. My final stop was 4 separate video interviews with different people, from different departments in the company. Each interview was full of questions (to be expected), specifically questions that were behavioral-based - causing you to tell stories about yourself and your previous experiences that relate to this role. My overall interview experience was exactly how I hoped it would be.
