Never made it to the interview. Actually very impressed with the time it takes to be rejected. With an internal reference, my new record is 4 hours! Previously was 20hrs. The HR team is either really good or really bad. Honestly can't tell. I'd love to work there but sheesh!

Initially did a phone screen interview which was standard. I was told about the role and other roles adjacent to it which might be open as well. After which a second interview was done with the head of the department. Interview seemly went well and was told I got the green light to move on to the next phase which I was completely ghosted on. Very unprofessional. Makes you see why theres high turnover in this company.
