Had a really quick phone screen with a recruiter which lasted 15 minutes. He didn't really ask about any previous experience and rushed me off the phone. The recruiter said he would reconnect after he hears from the hiring manager on next steps. Few days past and nothing. I emailed him to check up. No response either. Total ghost on me.
On top of that, they require this position to sit on site in their Fremont location during this pandemic. This was a huge red flag as well since this role could easily be done remotely unless it was a warehouse worker or driver.
Glad I dodged a bullet on this one!

I applied online. I interviewed at Weee (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
The recruiter reached out and we had about a 20-minute phone call to discuss the position; after which, he said he would share my credentials with the hiring manager and let me know if I would be moving forward.
It's been a little over a week and I haven't heard anything or gotten any response to my follow-up emails. Today, I received an email asking me to complete a candidate survey, asking about my recruiting experience; it was not positive.
The system they use asks you to send a Rejection email, when you reject them from a requisition, so the recruiter had to consciously click "Reject and Don't Send Email."
