Weee Recruiting Operations Manager interview questions

The recruiter reached out and we had about a 20-minute phone call to discuss the position; after which, he said he would share my credentials with the hiring manager and let me know if I would be moving forward. It's been a little over a week and I haven't heard anything or gotten any response to my follow-up emails. Today, I received an email asking me to complete a candidate survey, asking about my recruiting experience; it was not positive. The system they use asks you to send a Rejection email, when you reject them from a requisition, so the recruiter had to consciously click "Reject and Don't Send Email."
