Interview
First, a phone interview with an recuiter. 30Mins late call. And then a take home exercise for three days. Being refused by the second step two days after submitting the exercise.
Only did the phone screening. The person on the other end immediately switched her tone after knowing I did not have a specific experience they were looking for, which is not listed in my resume. For this role, I can feel they value your more on your experience rather than your potential or skillets. I’m not surprised they did move me forward.
HR Phone screening—>Hiring Manager—>Team —> technical skill test —> HR call You for the result I would say it’s not hard. Everyone is friendly and show no rush even the time taken is longer than schedule.

Had 4 rounds. 1st and 4th with HR, 2nd with manager and leader, 3rd with director. Quiet easy, good environment, nice ppl. More about your personality, not much tech thing.
