Applied online and was asked to schedule a phone call within 15 minutes. I then had a phone interview the next day, but the interviewer appeared to be an AI bot. It was a dehumanizing process for a part time job well below my education and skill level. Lastly, my application was rejected at 1AM on a Sunday. So Wegmans appears to be outsourcing their recruitment work, unless they have HR people working overnight on the weekends.
