Interview
There's usually two people that ask you questions in a private setting. One person is from HR. Another works in the store. They start asking you questions about your interests etc. These questions are there to gage where you should work in the store. Like if you like to bake, you should work in bakery. Also, they ask you questions to understand your personality. At some point they can also gage how much you like to interact with people. I've heard some people say outright they don't like people that much. They find a job suitable for you and your interests.

easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Easy and they were very welcoming and kind and gracious and let me speak my mind and whatever I thought about the role and if I had any concerns about my ability

Interview
Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
