Wellington Management Exective Assistant interview questions

Very cold and clinical process. The interviewer (Admin Manager) seemed more interested in grilling me with rapid-fire questions rather than fostering a genuine conversation. There was little to no attempt to establish rapport or create a comfortable environment for me to showcase my skills and experiences. Instead, I felt like I was under a microscope, with every word I uttered being scrutinized. The questions asked were mechanical and lacked any personal touch. It felt as if the interviewers were reading from a script and were solely focused on ticking off boxes from a checklist.
