Wellington Management Relationship Analyst interview questions

The interview process started with a phone interview with the headhunter, later had VCs with HR and the hiring manager, finally with the team and with some colleagues. Overall around 10 interviews (30' each). Mainly motivational questions, some market awareness and portfolio contraction questions.

The first with the HR. Then there are different interviews with the team members. The last one with the head of your department. You should describe yourself, your CV and technical knowledge.
