I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellington Management (Boston, MA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Two round process, first round was phone interview, basic questions, only took about 20 minutes, second round was a superday in the Boston office, I met with three teams for a total of 2-3 hours, around 45 minutes for one team. Almost all behavior questions. They really want you to ask questions. Everyone was very nice.
I interviewed at Wellington Management (New York, NY)
Interview
Average. had to undergo ai interview first before the actual interview. The interview process began with a phone screen, followed by two technical rounds and a final HR discussion. Just a very average interview process. I wish AI interview was not a thing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wellington Management (London, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview was very friendly and relatively informal. They made me feel comfortable and were mainly focused on personality and soft skills rather than having expectations that I would have a lot of technical skills and experience already
Very friendly and encouraging people at Wellington. Nice experience to have for juniors. Get to more about this company, their philosophy, their culture and peoole more. Several rounds of one-to-one interviews. Quite challenging if not having relevant experience in the past.
