I went to their open house in Oct 2017 and submitted my application through my university website. I got emailed back for a super day on Nov 7. I met with the teams I was interviewing with at their office. Questions were very straightforward (all behavioral), everything technical was based on what you put on your resume and what was relevant to the role. The office was beautiful and the view was definitely a plus. The people I interviewed with were really nice. The downside was how long it took for them to get back to me. The lack of communication was very frustrating. I heard back 3 weeks after I interviewed whereas some friends that interviewed heard back the following week. It was obvious that they were waiting until after the first pick offer deadline passed to give out the remaining positions. That's fine and expected in the industry but the lack of subtlety was distasteful. Questions: Describe excel to a grandma, five year old, and Alien. Who is your public role model? Biggest failure, biggest accomplishment? How would your bosses describe you? Favorite book? Dream job? How would your friends describe you in three words? Tell me about a time when you improved a process. Walk me through it. **Asked me something about my interests that was listed on my resume** One interview kept responding with "Why?" after every time I answered. For example: Answer)My biggest accomplishment was x and as a result y and z happened. I took initiative to make x happen and am very proud of the impact it had on ... Interviewer: Why did you take initiative? Answer) My role model is x for y and z reasons. Why person A and not person B?
