Apply into any of the roles in the Business Associate program, and then hear back about interviews for specific roles. Interviews are short (30 minutes each), and can range from being with one person in the group to a total of the entire group (dependent on role interviewing for). Very behavioral based questions, super amazing people, very much a check on a culture fit for the company.

I interviewed at Wellington Management (Boston, MA)
Interview
This was two 30 minute interviews with team members, then the next round was two 30 minutes with another team member and the global controller. All questions were behavioral and relatively basic, also let candidate ask most of the questions, so only asked like 1-2 questions per 30 minute interview slot. It felt conversational, as most questions would build off the previous question.

Interview
Lots of interviews (think I had 9 in total) but very personal and not automated. Friendly people and genuinely want to find someone who is the right match. Overall, was a good experience, but quite intense.
