I interviewed at Wellington Management in Nov 2014
Interview
First round was phone call with Portfolio Manager. It was all about past experience and very little technical questioning.
Final round was at office and involved having 90 minutes to prepare a stock pitch on 1 of 2 stocks you were given information for. The rest of the day was many 1 on 1 interviews with people you may be working with.

I interviewed at Wellington Management (New York, NY)
Interview
Firstly had to submit a statement of interest, piece of research and also cv. Next stage was interview with head recruiter and Boston team.
Experience I thought went well however very disorganised. Lady interviewing was late by an hour. Kept me waiting. The feedback provided although aimed to be constructive did not make sense. Despite genuinely wanting to work there that did not matter. Word of advice, do not apply if don't have a finance degree. They say all disciplines can apply but when it comes down to it they will pick the finance major.
