Horrible experience! The recruiter ghosted me. - Applied online through an internal referral. - Had a phone interview with a recruiter. It went well and the recruiter provided next steps. - I followed up with the recruiter by email and phone with no response. This is a horrible practice. If they treat candidates like this during interviews, imagine how they treat employees.

It was a standard behavioral interview. I interviewed in person on site. I interviewed separately with four different employees. All of the interviews took between 30 - 60 minutes.
