West Monroe Manager interview questions

Phone screen with a recruiter, phone screen with a hiring manager, on-site rounds with several team members which lasted almost a full day. In the initial rounds they'll try to determine if you're qualified and if you have consulting experience. The onsite portion of the interview contains a case study that you have to do in person, and also a written portion to be delivered after the interview is completed. The recruiter was great and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It seems like a great place to work based on my initial interaction with the firm.
