I was working as a temp for West when my manager pointed me towards this role. However, I still had to apply as an external candidate. The interview process began with a short (about 30 min) phone call with an HR specialist, during which we discussed the details of the role and a bit about my background (very straightforward). Since I was already working in the same building as the hiring manager, I was able to skip the phone interview with him and move directly to the on-site interview stage. This stage consisted of 4 30-minute interviews, each with a different employee of West (director of division of R&D, director of packaging, hiring manager, and senior packaging engineer). During these interviews, I had to go into more detail about my experience and qualifications for the position, in addition to answering a few behavioral and technical questions. After completing this stage, I received an offer about a week later.
