I must say ,disappointed with the overall process with this company.Lack of seriousness from Finance team interviewer was unexpected ,applied for a role ,interviewed for that role and then told you are offered a less senior role,and after rejecting that , for them to come back to offer you the same initial role you applied for.Who does that?Lack of negotiating skills and common sense,very weird process and lack of logic.
